Zia Sarah’s Assisted Living Facility (ALF) provides 14 comfortable private and semi-private rooms, thoughtfully designed with all-inclusive amenities to help residents feel truly at home. Each room features its own shower and comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, and nightstand. Residents are also welcome to personalize their space by bringing familiar furniture and décor if they wish.
Our warm, inviting environment includes a cozy living room for visits with family and friends, along with a shared common area equipped with a television and movie-viewing space for relaxation and entertainment.
We create personalized care plans for every resident, supported by trained caregivers available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our services include assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support for those using wheelchairs, walkers, or canes. We also coordinate medical appointments, provide medication assistance and reminders, and help manage prescription refills.
Residents benefit from nutritious meal preparation, weekly housekeeping and laundry services, and meaningful companionship and social engagement. We also offer adult day care and respite care services for families and caregivers.
To enrich daily life, residents can enjoy activities such as gardening, gentle walks, sightseeing, birthday celebrations, painting, music, and other engaging recreational activities that promote joy, dignity, and well-being.
